Homemade Acai Bowl

Homemade acai bowl

For those of you who love acai bowls, and want to make it whenever they want this is a perfect recipe.

  • 2 Tbsp Acai powder (freeze-dried or spray-dried)
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup apple juice (add more or less depending on how sweet you'd like it)
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Blend until desired smoothness and serve in bowl!

Some ideas of our favorite types of garnish:

  • sliced bananas
  • coconut flakes
  • granola
  • fresh strawberries
  • fresh blueberries
  • chia seeds
