Homemade Acai Bowl
Homemade acai bowl
For those of you who love acai bowls, and want to make it whenever they want this is a perfect recipe.
- 2 Tbsp Acai powder (freeze-dried or spray-dried)
- 1 Frozen banana
- 1/4 cup apple juice (add more or less depending on how sweet you'd like it)
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
Blend until desired smoothness and serve in bowl!
Some ideas of our favorite types of garnish:
- sliced bananas
- coconut flakes
- granola
- fresh strawberries
- fresh blueberries
- chia seeds
